Golden Spike Classic Tournament Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer your 4 hours per player for the Golden Spike Classic June 19-22nd & get your $50 per player refund!

Tasks include assembling Check-In kits,  field set-up and takedown, staffing concessions, field marshals, referee support, etc. 

*$50 per player refund is available once annually per player, U8 and older, who paid the volunteer deposit at registration and completed the 4 hours per player. 

Box Elder United FC Volunteer Policy

By registering with BE United FC, each player's family commits to volunteer a minimum of 4 hours for the Golden Spike Classic or other Club approved activities. 

A refundable deposit will be collected at registration, to be refunded or credited to an account balance, once the Volunteer Tracking form is submitted to the Club at beunitedsoccer@gmail.com. 

The success of BE United is dependent upon each player's family being committed and supporting Club sponsored activities, especially the Golden Spike Classic, through completion of volunteer hours. 

How Do You Get Back Your $50 Per Player Volunteer Deposit?

• Full Volunteer participation of 4 hours earns the full $50 per player refund. 
  
• Refunds will only be processed when 4 hours are completed and the tracking form has been submitted. It is up to volunteers to track their hours and submit them accordingly. 
  
• Deposits can be refunded if program fees are paid in full OR will be credited against a balance due, if program fees are still outstanding.
  
• Volunteer Deposits are not refunded automatically (with the exception of Team Managers, Coaches, 1 Assistant Coach per team, and Board Members) and will be forfeited if not submitted by the May 20th deadline.
