BE United FC is excited to host the Golden Spike Classic Tournament, June 19-June 22nd, 2024. It is the best competitive youth soccer tournament in Box Elder County. All games will be played in beautiful Brigham City, UT and the surrounding areas.
The Golden Spike Classic is a UYSA sanctioned tournament and is open to UYSA affiliated boys and girls teams U8-U19.
Each team will be scheduled for a minimum of three games.
Registration deadline is June 9th, 2024. Teams may be placed on a wait-list before the registration closes, if the tournament is full.
Teams eligible:
- USYSA Affiliated Teams Ages U8-U19
- U8-U10 (7v7) Maximum of 12 players. Maximum of 4 guest players
- U11-U12 (9v9) Maximum of 15 players. Maximum of 4 guest players
- U13-U19 (11v11) Maximum of 18 players. Maximum of 5 guest players
Multi-rostering of a player is not allowed. If a player is found to have played on more than one team, all games the player participated in will be forfeited.
Selection Process:
The Golden Spike Classic Tournament Board reserves the right to accept or reject applications in order to provide the best level of play and balance of teams possible for the teams participating. Teams will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis, however, discretion is allowed based upon the conditions above and to complete brackets in the most optimal way. If registration fills up, teams will be placed on a wait-list.
Awards:
First and Second place awards in each division
Awards Ceremony will take place following Championship/Final Game
Drop Out Policy:
- Drop before registration closes - Refund of team registration minus $75 administrative fee
- Drop before bracketing - Refund of 50% of team registration fee
- Drop after bracketing - No refund
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy:
If the tournament is cancelled due to COVID-19, teams will receive a refund for collected entry fees. Payment processing fees will not be refunded.
